The Product Owner Reporting & Analytics Manager will drive the Automation, Accuracy & Insights of PUR Client Reporting, across the portfolio of Industries & Clients, to increase Client satisfaction & loyalty; helping to accelerate PUR’s growth.
Your responsibilities will include in a non-exhaustive manner:
Program Reporting Product Owner
- Lead the Program Reporting Product development
- Gather feedback from Clients and turn into specifications
- Gather evolution requirements from all Program teams, driving convergence where required (see below)
- Create “Reporting Stories” of what needs to be developed
- Reporting Master Management, evolving the structure as required
- Drive specific Dashboards development with Data Team
- Eventually, work with the Data Team & Tech Providers to deliver some automation of Reporting & specific Developments
- Maintain the How-to Guidelines & Training documentation
Business Requirements gathering & convergence process
- Establish new Interventions Reporting needs with Operations team
- Drive convergence between Industries
- Determine most relevant specific reporting requirements
- Help prioritize developments considering Importance & Complexity to guide the Agile development process
Roll-Out & Change management (Support from Program lead)
- Help the Program team to adopt the tool
- Conduct training to use the Reporting tool & PowerBI Dashboards
- Provide further training & skills to do some deeper analysis with provided
- Dashboards to answer specific questions on Impact & Operations
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Help the team for specific reporting & analytical tasks
- Deliver Ahdoc studies to answer Key Impact Questions important for all
- programs
- Drive Quarterly Performance Analysis across the Portfolio and share learnings
External Client Consulting & Support
- Support Program manager with Consulting skills in key meetings
- Help shape more robust Consulting skills within each Program team to better use the Reporting Tools to drive
- In cases, direct access to dashboards is given to Clients; also train Clients in adopting the tool
Integration with Data Collection PO
- Collect new Data needs to feed the Data Collection roadmap
