What we're looking for
Are you a creative and strategic marketer passionate about building communities and driving impactful engagement? Poppins is seeking a Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts and amplify our brand presence. As the Marketing Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Poppins' marketing strategy, executing innovative campaigns, and fostering authentic connections with our diverse communities.
Responsibilities
You, together with your team, will:
Build a global brand that resonates trust, playfulness and convenience and inspires people to change the way they consume.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition and engagement and drive traffic.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Drive the development of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and partnerships.
Analyse marketing metrics and user feedback to optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, influencers, and community partners to amplify Poppins' reach and impact.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
