Position: Project Success Manager for Reforestation

The Project Success Manager for Reforestation is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Morfo’s reforestation projects. This includes developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and within-budget project completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project management in diverse and dynamic environments. Knowledge of agricultural or reforestation practices is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and budgets
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate with Sales, Data, Operational, and Ecosystem teams (around 10 people)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and NGOs
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
  • Report project status to management
  • Assist in managing scientific projects and large-scale tests
  • Stay updated on forest/agricultural trends and best practices
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in diverse and dynamic environments
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Expertise in project management software
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driving license
  • Knowledge of GIS software is a plus
