Description of the job :

To fuel its rapid expansion in Brazil, MORFO is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and work collaboratively to deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. In close collaboration with the company’s CEO, you will participate to the development of MORFO within the dynamic landscape of a burgeoning market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for onboarding new clients, providing training and support to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Proactively manage client accounts, addressing any issues or concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that align with client needs and pass on the leads to the sales team
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Project Managers) to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status and performance to management (internal to MORFO and external to the client leadership)
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
