SSE organization
This structure is based on a principle of solidarity and social utility: its management is democratic and participative, and its profit-making potential is limited. It may be an association, cooperative, foundation, mutual or ESUS company.
COACH
Once trained in the LP4Y Pedagogy and in the use of our tools, the Program Coordinator (called a Coach within LP4Y pedagogy) will take part in supporting a team of 15 to 20 Young Adults (17 to 25 years old) by developing its skills in the following domains:
The Coach is accompanied on a daily basis by the country coordinator, who is supported by Project Leaders, and specialists in each of these pillars.

The minimum duration of this mission is 13 months (renewable). It will appeal to candidates who are ready to learn and passionate about intercultural cooperation and have already acquired previous professional experience.
