Order Management (90% admin)
* Processing purchase orders, tracking order status and shipments with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues or delays.
Inventory Management:
* Monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with other departments to maintain optimal stock levels, and updating inventory records.
Internal Administrative Support:
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining supplier files, organizing procurement documents, and recording/coding raw materials internally.
* Managing procurement documentation within the Odoo ERP system.
* Coordinating sample management for R&D projects and ensuring regulatory documentation compliance.
Projects research (10%) :
* Researching potential suppliers, products and obtaining quotes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

- You are Fluent in French and English
