In order to pamper our French customers in Retail, we need YOU!

Your missions are the following:

  1. Providing rapid & quality customer service: confirm orders, deal with claims for transport issues, order issues & volume issues
  2. Invoicing & cash collection: create invoices in our ERP, solve invoice issues within 2 days, and cash collection in collaboration with finance in case of litigation
  3. Build strong client relationships by keeping a regular warm contact and proactive approach
  4. Respond to customer KPIs & compare with own data ; contest penalties and claims
  5. Smoothen the client start: make sure we have the relevant data with sales, provide extra care to first orders
  6. Become a EDI key user
Profile
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in order management and invoicing.
  • You are very confortable with numbers and Excel !
  • You love pampering your clients and go the extra mile with your swift & qualitative service
  • You are strong in building relationships
  • You know how to keep your cool in stressful situations
  • You have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment!
  • You are Fluent in French and English
