Your mission

In this position you will be responsible for assisting our CRM App Account Management team to manage relationships with our existing clients and take care of the execution of services such as implementations and training and much more. You will support our clients in their day-to-day usage of our CRM application by answering to the tickets coming through our Helpdesk and redirecting tickets to the most appropriate person in our organization if needed.

You would work together with a tight-knit team of CRM professionals and be responsible for the complete contract administration and invoicing of clients.

📍🗺️ Location

Job location is flexible: in one of our different offices in France or Belgium. Working remotely from home could also be an option.

Profile

🤓 Your Profile

  • You have a Higher Professional Education - working and thinking level;
  • You have experience with CRM software and some database management experience;
  • Experience in the charity sector is a plus;
  • You are organized, rigorous and able to work independently
  • You like to learn and look for solutions by yourself
  • You are patient and kind with clients
  • You speak French and English fluently. Flemish is a plus.
