Your role
As a Team Lead Account SDR, you will play a key role in Hublo’s growth and the development of our teams.
Reporting to Maxime (Sales Director) and managing a team of 6 Sales Development Representatives, your mission will be to support, coach, and develop your team to maximize their impact.
You will define and track relevant KPIs to ensure performance and continuous improvement, with the aim of achieving and exceeding the target number of qualified meetings booked and realized with decision-makers.
Your main responsibilities are to:
- Lead and coach a team of 6 SDRs, driving their growth and performance.
- Track and analyze KPIs, sharing insights with the Sales Director.
- Recruit and onboard new SDRs, ensuring a smooth ramp-up.
- Support your team in prospecting and qualifying leads to build a strong pipeline.
- Work closely with AEs, CS, and Admin teams to improve the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Gather feedback from prospects to help improve our product and sales approach.
- Ensure CRM best practices (Hubspot) by maintaining clean data and efficient processes.
- Align with AE leadership to optimize lead conversion.
What we're looking for
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in a SaaS or marketplace environment.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting, with a strong ability to identify, engage, and qualify leads.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring SDRs is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track performance and optimize outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Fluency in French and a good level of English are required.
- Results-driven and highly organized, with a passion for building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
