Your role

As Head of Finance, you will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing our Invoicing & Admin, Accounting and FP&A functions while ensuring close collaboration with internal teams.

This job is a unique opportunity to foster innovation and contribute to improving the Finance function of a fast growing Tech business with a strong social impact.

How you'll make an impact

    • General and analytical accounting: oversee monthly and annual closing processes, manage financial audits, and lead compliance with tax obligations.
    • Billing and Order-to-Cash: ensure the effective management of the client billing cycle, monitor cash collections, and manage accounts receivable.
    • FP&A: develop budget forecasts, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
    • Cash management: monitor cash flow, optimize working capital requirements and provide support on fundraising.
    • Financial process optimization: propose and implement actions to improve tools and procedures for greater operational efficiency.
    • Team management: lead, mentor, and upskill the teams responsible for accounting, billing, and financial control.
    • Financial reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CFO and executive management.

What we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • 6+ years of experience in a financial operational role with management responsibilities, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing company.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, billing/order-to-cash, and FP&A.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with financial tools such as Hubspot, Chargebee, Upflow, Odoo, Spendesk.
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
