Le principe ? Chaque membre de famille envoie ses messages et photos sur l’application et Famileo les transforme en une gazette papier personnalisée. Ce service est disponible pour les particuliers avec une livraison à domicile ainsi qu’en maisons de retraite. Réseau social familial 2.0, Famileo respecte les habitudes de chacun : numérique pour les plus jeunes, papier pour les plus âgés.
Aujourd’hui, Famileo compte plus d’1 million d’utilisateurs actifs, qui font le bonheur de plus de 200 000 grands-parents dans le monde entier 😊 !
Famileo est aussi présent dans plus de 2 000 établissements partenaires en France et à l’étranger. Bénéficiant d’une croissance continue en France, Famileo a également démarré un développement à l’international, notamment en Espagne, au Royaume-Uni, aux Etats Unis et au Canada, aux débuts très prometteurs.
Lancé en 2015 par Tanguy de Gélis et Armel de Lesquen, l’équipe compte à ce jour une cinquantaine de collaborateurs à Saint-Malo et à Barcelone.
Famileo – it’s the personalized family newspaper for your grandparents!
The idea? Every family member sends their messages and photos via our app and we transform them into a personalized newspaper (which we call a “gazette”). This service is available for individuals living independently with home delivery as well as residents of retirement and care homes. Famileo takes into account everybody’s preferences: technology for the young and paper for the elders.
Today, more than 1,5 million users from all over the world send messages via Famileo, which in turn make more than 200 000 grandparents happy😊!
Famileo is also present in more than 2000 affiliated retirement and care homes in France and abroad. Thanks to our continued growth in France, Famileo has also started to grow internationally, notably in Spain, the UK, the USA and Canada.
Launched in 2015 by Tanguy de Gélis and Armel de Lesquen, today we are a team of 50 people based in Saint-Malo, Barcelona and Boston.
The position
Famileo has been present in the USA market since 2019. Today, with over 4 500 users of our application, 149 grandparents receive their gazettes at home and over 50 retirement and care homes distribute it to their residents.
Reporting to our CEO, you will join our existing USA team (3 employees based in Boston) and work to bring Famileo to new retirement and care homes on the East coast.
You will:
- Research the elderly care market and create your own pipeline of contacts to prospect.
- Contact all potential clients to organize meetings (in person or at distance) and present the Famileo solution to them.
- Follow up on all presentations until closing your sale and signing the contract. (At this point, our Customer Service Representative will take over for the and training of all new customers.)
- Attend nationwide professional elderly care market trade shows to present our solution and increase our brand awareness.
- Continuously update our CRM (Pipedrive), follow your KPIs and report on your work, analyzing all results to improve, optimize and ensure continuous improvement.
- Share any product feedback you receive to our French HQ so that we can update our product solution and communication and marketing material for the US market.
