Le principe ? Chaque membre de famille envoie ses messages et photos sur l’application et Famileo les transforme en une gazette papier personnalisée. Ce service est disponible pour les particuliers avec une livraison à domicile ainsi qu’en maisons de retraite. Réseau social familial 2.0, Famileo respecte les habitudes de chacun : numérique pour les plus jeunes, papier pour les plus âgés.
Aujourd’hui, Famileo compte plus d’1 million d’utilisateurs actifs, qui font le bonheur de plus de 200 000 grands-parents dans le monde entier 😊 !

Famileo est aussi présent dans plus de 2 000 établissements partenaires en France et à l’étranger. Bénéficiant d’une croissance continue en France, Famileo a également démarré un développement à l’international, notamment en Espagne, au Royaume-Uni, aux Etats Unis et au Canada, aux débuts très prometteurs.

Lancé en 2015 par Tanguy de Gélis et Armel de Lesquen, l’équipe compte à ce jour une cinquantaine de collaborateurs à Saint-Malo et à Barcelone.


Since 2021, Famileo has been growing strongly in the B2B UK market. Today, there are over 200 care homes who use our solution and several thousand users.

We are looking for a Sales Development Assistant who will work with our UK Business Developer and Customer Success Representative to help them build on our existing success.

You will:

  • Analyse the UK market to identify new opportunities (care homes, nursing homes, dementia homes, retirement living schemes …)
  • Contact, via telephone and email, potential leads to present them the solution and secure qualified meetings for the UK Business Developer
  • Accompany the UK Customer Success Representative to launch new accounts and follow up with existing customers (training, sending communication packs, …)
  • Help our marketing team with the creation of communication supports for the UK B2B market.
  • Represent Famileo at professional salons in the UK (if the possibility arises)

You will learn to work with tools such as Pipedrive, Sendinblue or Zendesk.

Profile
  • You are currently a Bachelor or Master’s student looking for a 4- 6 month internship, with at least one previous professional experience.

  • You are organized, proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.

  • You are very comfortable when communicating by telephone.

  • You speak English fluently and have an excellent knowledge of the British culture.

This position will start in November, and is based in Saint-Malo, with potential travel in the UK.
