Le principe ? Chaque membre de famille envoie ses messages et photos sur l’application et Famileo les transforme en une gazette papier personnalisée. Ce service est disponible pour les particuliers avec une livraison à domicile ainsi qu’en maisons de retraite. Réseau social familial 2.0, Famileo respecte les habitudes de chacun : numérique pour les plus jeunes, papier pour les plus âgés.
Aujourd’hui, Famileo compte plus d’1 million d’utilisateurs actifs, qui font le bonheur de plus de 200 000 grands-parents dans le monde entier 😊 !

Famileo est aussi présent dans plus de 2 000 établissements partenaires en France et à l’étranger. Bénéficiant d’une croissance continue en France, Famileo a également démarré un développement à l’international, notamment en Espagne, au Royaume-Uni, aux Etats Unis et au Canada, aux débuts très prometteurs.

Lancé en 2015 par Tanguy de Gélis et Armel de Lesquen, l’équipe compte à ce jour une cinquantaine de collaborateurs à Saint-Malo et à Barcelone.


The company
Famileo – it’s the personalised family newspaper for your grandparents!

The idea? Every family member sends their messages and photos via our app and we transform them into a personalised newspaper (which we call a “gazette”). This service is available for individuals living independently with home delivery as well as residents of retirement and care homes. Famileo takes into account everybody’s preferences: technology for the young and paper for the elders.

Today, more than 1 million users from all over the world send messages via Famileo, which in turn make more than 200 000 grandparents happy!

Famileo is also present in more than 2000 affiliated retirement and care homes in France and abroad. Thanks to our continued growth in France, Famileo has also started to grow internationally, notably in Spain, the UK, the USA and Canada.

Launched in 2015 by Tanguy de Gélis and Armel de Lesquen, today we are a team of 50 people based in Saint-Malo, Barcelona and Boston.

The position
Since 2021, Famileo has been growing strongly in the Flemish market and today, in that region, we have 24 000 users and over 2 250 grandparents receive our gazette.

You will join our Client Support team (8 people) and reply to all the questions, requests and complaints we receive from our Flemish speaking B2C clients.

Your main missions will be:

  • Reply to all incoming calls and emails, offering a solution to the difficulties faced by our clients and answering any questions relating to their subscription.
  • Follow the Client Support team’s performance and success scores, making sure to maintain our current level of excellence (Zendesk, Did U Enjoy, Aircall).
  • Relay the problems faced by our clients to the necessary people and teams internally so that Famileo can work to continually improve the service it offers.

We will also be counting on you to help build and develop Famileo’s brand awareness and increase our acquisition of new B2C clients in the Flemish market. Using your excellent knowledge of Flemish culture, you will be responsible for helping to translate and create communication content which is adapted to that market and also reflects our values.

Profile

The candidate
You know the Flemish market by heart and have a deep understanding of its culture (business, digital, consumer, media, press …)

You speak Dutch or Flemish fluently and have a very good level of French.

You have a university degree and at least one other successful professional experience.

The goal of providing an excellent level of customer service really motivates you. You are a good listener, your spelling is perfect and you have an excellent telephone manner.

You are creative, organised, proactive and happy to multitask.
