Au sein du département Growth, la mission de l'équipe Acquisition est de développer la croissance des leviers payants sur l’ensemble de nos marchés.
Pour ce faire, l'équipe réunit des experts autonomes et pluridisciplinaires travaillant sur nos campagnes digitales, et nous recherchons un ou une expert·e SEA & Partenariats Internationaux pour nous rejoindre dans le cadre d’un remplacement temporaire.
💡 Bon à savoir : bien que le poste soit actuellement proposé en contrat à durée déterminée, il pourrait éventuellement évoluer vers un CDI.
Your role as SEA & International Partnerships Manager 📝
As the SEA & International Partnerships Manager, you'll be key in expanding our paid advertising channels. You will be responsible for spearheading initiatives across multiple markets to optimize our advertising reach and effectiveness.
You will mainly work on:
📈 SEA - Search Engine Advertising on the Google & Microsoft Ads platforms for the French, Spanish, Italian, German and Dutch Markets
Weekly Insights and Performance Optimizations: Conduct regular analysis of campaign data to draw actionable insights. Implement operational changes to enhance the efficiency of advertising campaigns.
Alignment with Supply by Destination: Ensure promotional efforts sync with inventory and supply capabilities across different markets.
Costs Monitoring: Oversee and manage advertising budgets to maintain cost efficiency. Regularly assess spending against performance metrics to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
🤝 Partners & Affiliation for the Spanish, Italian, German and Dutch markets.
Monthly Insights and Performance Monitoring: Review and evaluate partner performance data monthly to ensure partnership objectives are met and identify improvement areas.
Relationship Management with Partners: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with partners. Act as a primary point of contact to resolve issues and facilitate effective collaborations.
Coordination with Country Managers: Liaise with Country Managers to align partnership strategies with local market needs and objectives. Ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies across different regions.
