The B2B Marketing & Sales Operations team at Evaneos 👥


At Evaneos, we’re passionate about delivering unique and personalized travel experiences by connecting our customers to a global network of local travel agencies. Within the Supply & Offer Department, our B2B Marketing team is crucial in supporting these agencies through targeted marketing efforts, driving their growth and success.

We are now seeking a Local Agents Recruiter Intern to support our B2B Marketing Team from January 2025.


Your role as a Recruitment & network animation intern 📝


You'll expand recruitment services for our partner agencies by identifying and recruiting qualified candidates that meet their needs. In addition, you will collaborate with our Partner Enablement Manager to support the organization of engagement events—such as academies, workshops, and social gatherings, contributing to the overall success of our partner network.

Your main missions will be:

👀 Identify and recruit qualified candidates:

  • Collaborate closely with partner agencies to define job descriptions tailored to their specific needs

  • Promote job openings across various online recruitment platforms and other relevant channels

  • Actively source qualified candidates based on the defined criteria and agency requirements

  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate potential candidate's suitability for the available positions

  • Maintain a rigorous follow-up on applications and facilitate communication between candidates and agencies

📈 Track the Performance of recruited profiles:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of recruited sales agents to measure their effectiveness

  • Update tracking documents and performance reports monthly to provide insights into candidate progress and performance

🤝 Assist in partner enablement and B2B events:

  • Support Paula, Partner Enablement Manager, in coordinating and engaging the network of partner agencies

  • Help in organizing B2B events aimed at fostering partnerships and networking within the agency network


Profile

Your profile  🗣️


You have:

  • A first experience in recruitment, preferably in the staffing or sales industry. Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and sourcing strategies would be a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A willingness to motivate and involve our partner agencies in recruitment and other key network topics

You are:

  • fluent in both French and English (spoken and written skills) to communicate with our entire network of local agencies and candidates

  • Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including agencies and internal teams

  • Proficient in tracking performance metrics and reporting on outcomes
