The International team at Evaneos 👥


Within the Growth & Acquisition community, our mission in the International team is to ensure ambitious international growth. To do so, the team gathers Country managers & Marketing Growth managers (all working remotely), and we’re looking for a motivated intern to support us in the emerging Dutch Market.


Your role as Marketing Growth Intern NL 📝


As International Growth Intern, you will have an all-rounder role in developing our business in the Dutch market. Your main missions will be:

🌅 Monitoring Market Trends & Performance

  • Provide Insights: deliver structured market insights and gather intelligence to keep the company informed of relevant industry trends.

  • Monitor Performance: monitor and optimize market growth in collaboration with other teams thanks to weekly business analysis and follow-up on marketing activations

📊 Global Marketing Support & Business Development

  • SEO support: work on local adaptations, keywords and content optimization

  • CRM support: marketing translation and proofreading of e-mails & content

  • Partnerships support: find new affiliation & traffic leads and manage operations

  • Cultural Understanding: knowledge of local preferences, cultural nuances thanks to a native level in Dutch for effective localization.

  • Localization: ensure effective transcreation of copywriting as well as marketing and product assets following our brand guidelines.


Profile

Your profile  🗣️


You have:

  • a native level of Dutch & are fluent in English. Speaking German or French would be a plus

  • a first experience in a similar role within the travel industry or related field

  • analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

  • a 1st experience in a start-up / scale-up / fast-growing environment would be a plus

You are:

  • a student undergoing a Master’s degree (+⅘ ) in marketing, tourism or business

  • familiar with online marketing

  • sensitive to our mission to enable people to travel more responsibly: Better trips for you, Better trips for the world

  • autonomous with a hands-on mentality

  • someone with a can-do attitude, demonstrating organization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
