Dans le cadre de l’ouverture d’un nouveau restaurant solidaire bistronomique, nous cherchons un·e manager bar/salle pour construire un lieu chaleureux, structuré et engagé.

Lieu : Paris

Rémunération : Selon profil

Description du poste :

Dans le cadre de l’ouverture d’un nouveau restaurant solidaire, nous recherchons un(e) Manager Bar/Salle expérimenté(e) pour superviser et coordonner les activités de la salle et du bar.

Missions principales :

Gestion opérationnelle : Superviser le service en salle et au bar, assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Management d'équipe : Recruter, former et encadrer une équipe de 3 à 5 personnes.
Gestion des stocks : Superviser les commandes et la gestion des stocks du bar.
Organisation d'événements : Coordonner les privatisations et événements spéciaux.
Respect des normes : Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.

Profil recherché :

Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de salle et bar., restauration gastronomique ou bistronomique
Compétences : Leadership, excellent relationnel, sens de l'organisation.
Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais souhaitée.
