WHAT YOU WILL DO
Joining our team, you will play a pivotal role in various transactional contexts within Venture Capital, Private Equity, and M&A. Our Hybrid Growth Diligence™ approach will give you the opportunity to assess the intrinsic value and resilience of assets, allowing you to shed light on key deal points of investment decisions.
Each assignment team is typically led by an Associate Partner and includes 3 - 5 consultants, allowing you to work alongside and learn from experienced professionals at all levels. As a member of our team, you’ll have access to a wealth of knowledge and expertise, providing you with unique opportunities to grow and develop your skills.
Your role will involve working closely with our team, where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge in:
- Understanding a target company’s business model and discover the various verticals we work on
- Conducting financial analysis to determine growth, profitability, and cash-flow generation dynamics
- Evaluating the quality of financial information and hedging policies
- Analyzing the maturity of target companies in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues and presenting conclusions in financial terms
