As a business developer, your role will be to accelerate Doctrio’s hyper growth rate by owning the full sales cycle from first touchpoint to closing and upsells, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

  • Lead outbound/inbound campaigns to generate new opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle with health professionals from sourcing to closing/repeat
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales team (ops/scripts/tactics)
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve the user exp (product, marketing, etc.)
  • Embody Doctrio’s mission with honesty and dedication
Profile
  • Proven experience in a Sales role, with a strong sales track record
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, resilient, dedicated and highly motivated
  • Strong organisational skills, with a data-driven approach
  • Steep learning curve with a bias for resourcefulness
  • French native speaker, fluent in English
