Job description

We are looking for an ‘alternant’ to join our Ops/Partners team. As an Operations/Partnerships Analyst, you will actively contribute to the development of Delicorner’s offering in France and internationally.

You will be a key support to the Head of Partners in achieving the team’s objectives and optimizing operational processes, while also managing relationships with both local and international partners.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for the French region (excluding Paris): Ensure smooth operations, monitor partner performance, and guarantee the quality of services.
  • Process management and optimization: Collaborate in setting up and improving processes to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Propose innovative solutions to improve our operations.
  • EMEA operations oversight: Participate in coordinating operational activities in the EMEA region in collaboration with our partners, ensuring that we maintain our high-quality standards.
  • Support for international development: Contribute to strategic projects aimed at expanding our business into other regions in EMEA, with a particular focus on logistics and relationships with local distributors and partners.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze partner KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the customer success, sales, and buying teams to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

Profile

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in an international team and in an English-speaking environment.

  • Autonomy and resourcefulness: You are proactive and can manage your priorities independently. You are not afraid of challenges and are always willing to make suggestions for improvement.
  • Curiosity and learning mindset: You are motivated by the desire to learn and grow. You are ready to work on cross-functional projects involving different departments.
  • Organization and rigor: You can structure your work effectively and are comfortable using tech tools (GSuite, Notion, Slack, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Language: Fluent professional English and French are required, both written and spoken.
  • Technical skills: Previous experience or knowledge in partnership management, logistics, or operations would be a plus.
