We are looking for a dynamic EV100 Policy and Engagement Manager to work within the Climate Group's transportation system team and manage corporate advocacy and engagement activities for our international EV100 initiative in France. The role is within our Business Action team and will be under the leadership of senior Policy Manager EV100, working closely with other colleagues in the transport system.

In the coming year, a strategic priority in our work will be to increase ev100's membership and visibility in France, and to leverage the voice of its members to advocate for stronger political ambitions for zero-emission vehicles in the context of the upcoming presidential elections and during the French Presidency of the European Council. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Policy Manager EV100 and the EV100 Corporate Engagement Manager to support the implementation of corporate engagement as well as political advocacy activities in France.

Essential:

This is an exciting role for a dynamic individual who will carry out one of our priority advocacy work for the coming year.

Commitment to the Climate Group's mission, including the goal of accelerating the electrification of transportation;
Understanding and experience of political processes and advocacy strategy in France
Knowledge of the market and the political scene in France with regard to electromobility/clean transport and/or other related fields;
Understanding and experience in the engagement of leading companies in climate/ sustainable development;
Strong communication and relationship skills to engage with businesses, partners and decision-makers;
Autonomous and efficient project manager;
Good team spirit and ability to coordinate with colleagues and internal partners;
French, mother tongue and excellent knowledge of English;
Knowledge of the electromobility market and related policy issues.
