Missions

In preparation of the ChangeNOW 2024 summit and under the supervision of the volunteer manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment of volunteers, animating the community and ensuring the smooth running of the volunteer schedule for the event.

As the Volunteers Coordinator, your missions will include :

Participating in the recruitment process of the volunteers team
Evaluating the team's needs
Create and animate a community
Ensure and organize volunteer briefings
Coordinate the volunteers before and during the summit

Fluent in French & English
Successful experience in event and/or project management
Autonomous & force of proposal
Interpersonal skills
Deep motivation to have a positive impact, and to change the world!
