Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?

CarbonFarm veut démocratiser la riziculture durable en donnant accès aux smallholders aux crédits carbones: • +20% smallholder profits • -30% eau utilisé • -50% émissions de méthane
Carried out an internal impact measurement.
CarbonFarm is looking for a Frontend/Full-stack intern on its mission to democratise sustainable agriculture.
By 2050, the world needs to be emission net-zero. But today, agriculture is responsible for 20%. At CarbonFarm, we’re helping reward farmers who reduce their emissions through sustainable practices.
When farmers adopt new practices, we use satellite imagery and AI to prove and quantify their impact. This allows them to access additional impact-based revenue.
We’re looking for a frontend/fullstack dev to join our team at Station F. Their mission: build a new graphical UI with data visualisations showing emissions coming from different farms.
The intern will be required to conceive a UI/UX from scratch, designing intuitive and impactful ways to communicate our data. They will be accompanied by our CTO to integrate their work with our cloud-based infrastructure.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate past projects designing UI/UX. They should be comfortable working with JS and frameworks such as React and Vue.
Experience working with geospatial data visualisations and D3.js, or backend tools such as Firebase, will be a plus.
The candidate should be at the end of a multiple-year degree or be able to demonstrate significant side projects in frontend development en UI/UX design.
