Financial management (managing accounting, invoicing customers and ensuring timely collection and timely payment of suppliers, treasury and cash forecast, optimizing working capital and financing, setting up and managing budget, managing bank relationship, conducting profitability analysis, producing and monitoring of periodic KPI and reporting….)
Administrative HR and legal management (onboarding and offboarding of employees, employment contracts, legal obligations related to employees, payroll, AGM preparation…)
Management control (providing analysis and insights on financial indicators and strategic recommendations) and continuous improvement of finance and administrative operation
Supporting potential strategic operations, of which, acquisition, capital raise, Joint venture, new country opening, …
Ad hoc missions according to Carbometrix priorities and development (reviewing internal control, supporting sales in complex procurement / tender process, ….

You have a minimum of 10 year work experience with proven experience as a finance and administrative professional in a company and as a consultant in an audit or transaction service company
You have strong interest in addressing climate change issues
You have the agility to work in a fast paced and challenging environment and to learn fast
You are fluent in French and English both writing and speaking
