Within the B’ZEOS team, the intern will have the following main tasks:

Perform research and development of novel seaweed based materials to meet current and future customer and business needs regarding barrier and mechanical properties.
Systematically investigate the effect of process and formulation parameters and optimize material properties to meet application-specific requirements.
Produce prototypes at lab scale and be involved in material processing, in collaboration with our processing partner.
Document and report your findings internally.

IMPORTANT: We only recruit interns for a minimum of 5-6 months.

Students with masters level in chemical engineering, materials science, material engineering, mechanical engineering, packaging engineering or polymer sciences.

Students must have a Spanish work permit or EU citizenship.
