Job Overview

Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, you will be the guarantor of the brand's positioning and image, and in this capacity :

Main Missions

  • Define and execute the operational marketing plan, in line with the sales strategy
  • Develop a B2B communications strategy, and steer its operational implementation, with a view to customer acquisition, loyalty, increasing brand awarenesś and controlling reputation
  • Defining and deploying the company's international digital strategy. This includes managing pre-approved social networks, ensuring that content is up-to-date, relevant and engaging.
  • Proposing and managing the marketing and communications budget
  • Participating in the creation of promotional materials that align with the company's brand image, managing a PR agency
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities, making recommendations for action within its scope.
  • Organize and manage events, such as product launches, exhibitions and press conferences.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns.
Profile

Profile & Skills required

  • At least 5 years' successful experience in managing the communication of an industrial brand in B2B.
  • 5 years' higher education in marketing/business school or engineering school with a marketing option, with a passion for technical and industrial products
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, in order to reach an international audience via the various social networks, to convey the importance of our business and its impact.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills (French & English), with a proven ability to present information clearly, concisely and persuasively.
  • Expertise in website management, including design, SEO and updating, enabling you to take immediate control of the internally managed website.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools and social media platforms.
  • Proven experience with email marketing software, including mass mailing, CRM and targeted mailing.
  • Ability to create presentations and sales brochures for B2B audiences.
  • Advanced project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the maritime sector and its industry is an additional asset.
  • You are inquisitive, autonomous, structured, customer-focused, and resilient.
