Au service de cette mission, 4 différents métiers :
- La formation - via des contenus digitaux, scientifiques pour mettre en mouvement tous les collaborateurs, leur donner les compétences et les outils.
- Le conseil - pour impacter en local, via des actions d’adaptation concrètes.
- L’assurance et le financement - pour sécuriser celles et ceux qui s’adaptent, et impactent.
1. Price parametric deals
• Perform risk analysis and pricing of parametric insurance covers for different weather-related and natural catastrophes perils (tropical cyclones, earthquakes, wildfires, drought, hail, flood, etc.)
• Actively contribute to building and improving pricing platforms for standard perils
• Continuously improve risk models with most advanced scientific models, in close collaboration with our Science team
• Ensure healthy conversion of leads while maintaining targeted profitability
2.Support UW and quotation process
• Preparation of the offer’s presentation
• Ensure proper feeding and reporting of the business pipeline
• Ensure underwriting documentation is done
3. Support the business development of the region:
• Support business developers in their mission to grow the pipeline
• Build new products based on clients needs
• Creative thinking in devising innovative structures to mitigate impact of climate risk for prospective clients
