Globally, we are a team of 150 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our purpose is to help Planet Earth become a true stakeholder of all companies, in the same way that employees, customers and shareholders are!

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager in charge of acquisition campaigns and lead generation.

Working with the Head of Growth and collaborating with the Sales, your missions will be:

  • Strategy: implement the Inbound acquisition & activation strategy
  • Define and roll-out an Account-Based marketing strategy for our Entreprise segment
  • Lead lifecycle: contribute to the implementation of new sales-lead funnel and nurture scenarios
  • Campaigns: run the leadgen campaigns over all our paid channels with a focus on Linkedin Ads
  • Scrapping: source and enrich our prospects’ and clients’ database
  • CRO: build and optimize conversion rate on all our landing pages
  • Go-to-Market: support new markets launch (APAC, UK, DACH) as well as new products (Climate Brief, Net Zero…)
  • Performance Monitoring: analyse campaigns performance and elaborate dashboards
Profile
  • Experience: >2/3 years as Growth Marketing / Paid Acquisition Specialist in a demanding environment
  • B2B’ish: first expertise working with CRM in a B2B environment (Salesforce or Hubspot)
  • Entrepreunarial profil: you love to build things from scratch and thrive in discovering new practices
  • Content-first: you want to learn a lot about environmental transformation
  • Autonomous: ability and desire to work autonomously in a very horizontal organisation
