AXA Climate has 4 business units to support its clients and partners, based on expertise: Insurance, Training, Consulting, and SaaS Products. Globally, we are a team of +250 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our mission if climate and environmental adaptation.
Altitude is the brand of our SaaS business. We build solutions, for decision makers, to enable climate and environmental adaptation. Our products are tailor-made for each persona: Private Equity firms, Industrial corporates, Agricultural cooperative, etc. We are +40 people working on it: product managers, designers, developers, business developers, etc.
Altitude
Altitude solution was launched in September 2022. It is three products, connected on one single data platform. It is enabling CSR/ESG teams to screen climate and nature related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.
Altitude Finance: dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds,

Your mission as an Event Project Manager
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Event Project Manager to support the implementation of our sales & marketing strategy through external, and online events.
As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating events such as customer parties, trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc. in France and abroad.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing lead, and working closely with the Sales team, your main tasks will be to :
Plan and organize external and digital events in line with set objectives and allocated budgets.
Source and contract with various suppliers such as stand designers, printers, caterers, logisticians, digital platforms, etc.
Coordinate and support the teams involved in the event, both staff and service providers.
Work with Com and Marketing teams to ensure effective promotion and success of the event, in terms of number of participants or visitors, and for digital events, in terms of conversion and engagement rates.
Manage registration and logistics for event participants, including invitations, accommodation and transportation.
Analyze the results and ROI of each event and monitor the budget.
Be present at events for set-up, welcoming and dismantling.
