- L’assurance et le financement - pour sécuriser celles et ceux qui s’adaptent, et impactent.
Climate School and AXA Climate
The Climate School is part of AXA Climate (Corporate site, Linkedin), who has developed complete business lines to help tackle climate change adaptation (Climate School, Insurance, Industry/Agri/Finance/Public Adaptation). Globally, we are a team of 150 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. After launching in 2021 and getting more than 50 international clients on board from our Paris office (St Gobain, JLL, Heineken, Accor, Marsh, BNP Paribas etc) we are pushing to consolidate our position in France while establishing a strong presence in other countries.
As part of our strategy to accelerate the sustainable transition, France is a top priority for us in 2023. We are hiring an additional Account Executive to help companies engaging their employees in this transition. The position will be based in our office Paris 10.
Your mission
As an AE, you will be in charge of generating new opportunities and drive them to closing. You will be responsible for the following missions:
- Identify prospects
- Get meetings to generate new leads, mainly with large companies
- Understand their needs and convince them to use AXA Climate training solutions
- Handle the negotiation and contractualization
- Handover to the KAM team
In addition, you will contribute to other domains missions such as marketing, content and new products launch.
