We build sustainable strategies, business plans and implement operational actions for leading international private equity funds and corporates in infrastructure, industrial goods, energy and the environment.

Sustainable Strategy: We work at the investor level to build investment strategies and polices, as well as undertake due diligence or build equity stories. We work with corporates to build transformational plans that leverage shifts arising from sustainability, build quantified sustainable value creation plans which are detailed roadmaps that build financial and ESG value, and Net Zero business plans towards science-based targets.

**ESG Operations:**We also accompany funds and corporates to raise green finance (Sustainability Linked Loans (SLLs), Green Bonds), quantify ESG performance with assessments and ratings (GRESB, Ecovadis, CDP), build voluntary or regulatory reports (sustainability reports, CSRD, GRI standards), define company-wide policies, and train teams on ESG management and sustainable value creation.

As a Senior Consultant you will lead strategic ESG projects, maintain and develop client relationships, and participate in Ansa’s growth.

Our senior consultants have an opportunity to develop expertise in business strategy, decarbonization, biodiversity and other challenges of the ecological transition, through the lens of asset managers, infrastructure assets and large industrial companies. You will:

· Manage consulting projects: Develop sustainable action plans, sector benchmarks, market studies, carbon footprints, emissions reduction trajectories, with a team of consultants and/or analysts.

· Contribute to business development: Write and deliver proposals, initiate sales opportunities and develop and refine our products.

· Participate in company culture and growth: Contribute to one or more business functions, such as recruitment, training, information and computer systems, knowledge management, financial monitoring and reporting, team culture.
