Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
 
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.

The Utilities Manager will be responsible, for the entire Company, for the provision of services in the field of operation and maintenance of the Technical Galleries and Fluids, Energy Distribution.

Main Tasks:

  • Responsible for the entire company for the distribution of fluids and energy
  • Animates, informs and coordinates the team of Utilities managers
  • Analyzes internal operating failures
  • Applies the referentials
  •  Manages the workforce, relations with support functions
  • Develops the budgets, the master plan, the investments, the contract of objectives  
  • Pursues the permanent improvement of production standards, determines priority actions with UEP managers by leading the utilities manager / supervisor rituals, promotes progress actions, helps to carry out action plans, consolidates results and reports to management, organizes the forward management of jobs and skills, promotes the resulting training, facilitates relations between the Supervisors and partners (support functions)
  • Promotes social cohesion, animates the career management of its supervisors and the management of careers within its scope, communicates useful information to its supervisors and Techs (management info), organizes monthly meetings and briefings, collects information and reports the synthesis to its management, promotes the UEP results, ensures good relations with the social partners
Profile

Over 15 years of experience

Professional degree or Engineering Diploma

Fluent in English

Logic, analytical skills, rigour, autonomy.
