Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.

As part of our growth, we're seeking a talented Tech lead Fullstack Developer to join our innovative team! Integrated within a team of fullstack developers, you will be a key player for the development and maintenance of web applications. If you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and possess in-depth skills in software development, we would love to meet you.
Main missions:
- Take the lead on a development team, poised for growth.
- Ensuring coherence between technical and functional specifications, proposing optimal technical solutions and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to development activities, coding solutions across various codebases to drive project success and establishing application architecture.
- Collaborate with development teams to specify and review technical solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams and other technical contributors, facilitating interactions and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Demonstrate a full-stack approach, embracing a "test & learn" mentality, and advocating for best practices to enhance project quality.
- Stay updated on development tools and standards, contribute to technical watch initiatives, and develop tools to improve development speed and code quality.
