Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.

We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager with a background in business development and a strong sales acumen to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth and maintaining relationships with our key prospect, a leading Japanese carmaker.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Key Accounts Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our presence in the EV battery market.
  • Support RFI/RFQ Process
  • Develop forecasts for the various customer programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Japanese prospect, understanding their needs and culture to ensure our services align with their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including the Japanese prospect.
  • Analyse key performance metrics as well as identifying opportunities.
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the EV battery industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese business culture, with the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and ideally Japanese.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

You should be an experimented Sales profile, strongly business and customer oriented, able to understand and resolve customer issues, with autonomy, effective communication, and reporting.
