We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager with a background in business development and a strong sales acumen to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth and maintaining relationships with our key prospect, a leading Japanese carmaker.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Key Accounts Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our presence in the EV battery market.
- Support RFI/RFQ Process
- Develop forecasts for the various customer programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our Japanese prospect, understanding their needs and culture to ensure our services align with their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including the Japanese prospect.
- Analyse key performance metrics as well as identifying opportunities.
