We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

As the project planner, you will construct and manage the planning / schedule of the Customer Project detailing all dependencies, critical path, risks and issues. You will also ensure transparent reporting during all project meetings and lead Planning recovery actions when required.

Project

  • Create manage and own the Master Project Schedule to guarantee product / process convergence, delivery of prototypes as well as Start of Production for our automotive OEM customers
  • Collect, coordinate and challenge all ACC functions detailed plannings to maintain overall integrity and impartiality towards the delivery of key milestones
  • Organise and lead planning workshop to deep dive and align detailed planning for each phase with its key interfaces, KPIs, risks and opportunities link to interfaces.
  • Create manage and own the Project Schedule (level 1 to 3) detailing all dependencies, critical path, risks and issues in ACC planning tool (ex: MS Project)
  • Create, manage and own prototypes (A, B,C,D samples) quantities assumptions interfacing with external teams (customer) and internal (engineering, production).
  • Ensure transparent reporting by publishing weekly planning dashboard + report and leading regular planning review (ex: every two weeks)
  • Act as the day-to-day Planning contact to ensure the successful programme delivery.
  • Develop scenario-based Planning proposals to assist senior decision making.
  • Maintain Planning deliverables and timing in product lifecycle software and all other necessary system within ACC.
  • Support the internal and external teams with planning expertise in forums such as Escalation reviews, PST’s and Gateway review.
  • Track all the planning risks and opportunities through the life of the project

Planning function

  • Apply ACC planning methodology and standards and participate in developing and maintaining them through lessons learned.
  • Using On Time Delivery performance, complete monthly detailed analysis and recommend best practices & lessons learned.
  • Support the development of the Customer Projects Planning Strategy.
Profile

Knowledge / Knowhow :

  • Experience in program management / planning ensuring product and process convergence within tight timeline and ideally in automotive industry or similar manufacturing industries
  • Proven experience of understanding planning methodology, monitoring / controlling programs and managing risk
  • Experienced with Planning tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera …)
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
  • Dashboard and Key Performance Indicator construction (Power BI)

Experience : 3-10 years in planning in automotive, battery industry or relevant industry

Qualifications : Master degree in relevant field.

Languages : Fluent in English & French

Some extra skills which make the difference :
Good knowledge of development & industrialisation of Li-Ion battery
