Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.

Overall job definition :
Lead the Engineering Design effort to meet customer requirement, on one or several project(s), from RFQ to serial delivery. - Ensure Product convergence in link with their Process counterparts.
Main missions :
Centralize Engineering inputs/outputs from/for customer & ACC teams (purchasing, Industrialization, PMO,…) for all Engineering questions and deliverables on customer projects. Lead numerical and physical milestones in link with overall project milestones. – KPI : Engineering data on-quality and on-time delivery.
- Lead the engineering convergence on customer projects. Lead or get arbitration for design and development of trials and prototypes – KPI : Consistence of technical responses to customer requirements, completion of the integration and validation plan.
- Guaranty Engineering deliverables are available with an accurate level of maturity as expected with ACC internal design process. Lead internal design reviews, contribute to customers reviews, responsible of the QCDP of parts and product changes Lead choice matrix/QCDP synthesis – KPI : Chemistry design reviews passed prior to each milestones.
