Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.

Overall job definition :
- To build the sales administration process and tools.
- To define and deploy stock management processes, KPI and associated IT tools.
- To calculate ACC working capital and animate all stakeholders to optimize it.
Main missions :
- Control Tower Sales
- Define the processes and IT tools required for sales administration.
- Ensure the consistency between deliveries and customer invoices.
- Share regularly with relevant ACC stakeholders, with lenders and due diligence companies the invoicing / production results and forecasts.
- Stock management
- Define and deploy the processes, KPI, committees and IT systems enabling to monitor all ACC stocks (inbound / work in progress within the Gigafactory / outbound).
- Help defining relevant stock targets for each category.
- Animate all ACC stakeholders in order to reach the stocks targets :
* Procurement team regarding inbound stock (parts ordering).
* Production team regarding the work in progress (semi-finished products).
* Supply Chain team regarding the outbound stock (modules).
* Define and steer all the needed action plan to optimize the stocks (obsolete parts, quality issues, incoterm...).
- Working capital
- Working closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Sales teams, calculate and steer ACC working capital (raw material payables, customer receivables, stocks…).
