Automotive Cells Company (ACC) est une co-entreprise créée à l'été 2020 par Saft-Total, le Groupe PSA et Opel (devenus Stellantis depuis)et Mercedes-Benz. The Energy Recovery Expert Engineer has a solid experience and skills in the electrical treatment processes, in the exclusive field of the Li-B manufacturing.
He/She advices and mentors the process and industrial team to define energy recovery needs to optimize processes and TCO of the gigafactories.
As a Energy Recovery Expert Engineer your main missions will be :
From a global point of view :
- To assist and pilot Equipment Suppliers during the definition of energy recovery solutions
- To have a knowledge of most impacting energy recovery parameters on the process and equipments (or put in place Design of Experiment to define them)
- To agree with R&D team and Industrial team, energy recovery parameters to be applied on equipment and identify immediately any risk in term of cost, quality and delay, in case of new product to be manufactured and anticipate these risks
- Define all measurement on products/equipment needed to characterize if process is answering product and energy recovery requirements
- Analyze the results and if needed, to propose improvements to reach specifications or to be more stable (better yield)
- In case of deviation, to be able to define the root cause and to propose actions plan
- To propose a standardization of the energy recovery parameters processes, to be more robust in serial production. Both for new or existing systems.
- To be aware of all new energy recovery processes and solutions in LiB market
From a technical point of view :
- To recover as much energy as possible during electrical formation cycle while not impacting the product.
- Able to measure and simulate TCO (total cost of ownership) of various solutions proposed by vendors and establish optimum benchmark for ACC.
- To solve the related problems at system level from the origin.
- To have skills in Fire Suppression System.
