Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.
We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a cleaner alternative to current energy sources. We have created an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in Nouvelle Aquitaine, France, and we are building gigafactories in Germany and Italy, in addition to the one already built in Hauts de France.

Context :
Defining detailed production plan (MPS) and securizing suppliers’ capacity are paramount for ACC success (mass production).
Overall job definition :
You will define weekly the coming 6-months production plan of the Gigafactories and launch twice a year a capacity survey to all suppliers.
Main missions and objectives
- Production plan definition
- You will run weekly the MPS (Master Production Schedule) process for all ACC Gigafactories
- In collaboration with the Gigafactories' Supply Chain teams, you will highlight the potential industrial constraints and make sure that some mitigation plans are defined in case of shortage vs the customer demand
- In collaboration with the Procurement team, you will highlight the potential suppliers constraints and make sure that some mitigation plans are defined in case of shortage vs the customer demand
- You will collaborate with the customers regarding the production plan definition (especially in case of confirmed shortage, to define the best arbitration between the products)
- Taking into account the customers / suppliers / industrial inputs and the stock target, you will define and officialize every week the weekly target production plan of the upcoming 6 months (for all ACC Gigafactories)
You will participate to the selection and implementation of the future MPS / S&OP tool with the team
- You will run weekly the MPS (Master Production Schedule) process for all ACC Gigafactories
- Suppliers capacity survey
- You will run twice a year the suppliers capacity survey
- In collaboration with the S&OP manager, you will define the target volumes to be shared to suppliers for the upcoming 3 years (at part level)
- You will ensure that all suppliers answer to the capacity survey and organize the handover with Quality, Purchasing and Supplier Performance Engineer teams so that the proper action plans are defined and monitored in case of lack of capacity
- You will maintain the capacity database defining all the capacity steps forecasted for all suppliers
- You will highlight in Investment and/or S&OP committee the investments to be made at supplier level if needed
- You will run twice a year the suppliers capacity survey
