Overall job definition :
The After-Sales Claim leader has the responsibility to pilot OEM Customer claims coming OEM field centers, and support when necessary claims coming OEM factories.
- Ensure reactivity and traceability at all steps, until claim successful closure by ACC and by the OEM customer
- Coordinate transversally all internal (Engineering, Quality, SupplyChain, Customer Projects & Serial life, …) and external stakeholders, to solve claims and deliver cost and technical competitive solutions,
Coordinate with ACC factories for problem solving & ensure that action plan are defined & implemented
She / he should be a reactive and pragmatic professional, strongly business minded, focused on customer satisfaction and resolving customer issues, with leadership, effective communication and team spirit.
She / he will report to the Customer Satisfaction & Warranty Manager.
Main missions :
- Pilot Claim resolution by ensuring reactivity in answer from plant quality, from V&V and testing by respecting GP relative to claim management
- Ensure that claim are answered in time to customer and if not make sure that a deadline is negotiated with customer to prevent penalties
- Registrate all claims received in ACC internal tool and respect process to fulfill tools
- Execute operational tasks to be able to bring back module from customer site to expertise center
- Update and analysis following KPI :
o Deadline to answer a claim
o Number of claims & status of advancement
o Number of claims under warranty status
