With high growth ambitions in France coupled with an international roadmap, we are looking for a Head of Product to lead overall product strategy, expand product culture across all functions and structure our product team.

Directly reporting to La Fourche co-founders, you are in charge of the product along the online customer journey and more (backend and operations). Bringing a strong product expertise and engaging every day in making sustainable consumption accessible to all, you will act as a leader to build the best shopping experience for all our members.

Your missions:
Embody product vision

  • Develop innovative solutions across member’s journey and operations
  • Be our beacon for new features, product trends and best practices
  • Structure product discovery to deepen our member’s understanding and nurture an evolving product strategy

Build and lead product roadmap

  • Develop common view across functions through clear and data driven roadmapping
  • Deliver the features and support business functions to reach their KPIs
  • Structure product processes to maintain a rigorous, agile and data-driven roadmap

Scale product team and organization

  • Support leadership team in designing a more product-driven company organization (hiring plan, product organization ramp up, skills enhancement)
  • Lead and mentor our growing product team : one Senior PM in charge of the roadmap, one Product Owner and one Product Designer (supported by an enthusiastic Tech team of 7 members and 3 Data analysts) and expand it as fast as we grow.
Profile
  • Proven product management experience with 7+ years within a product team and proven track-record on both
  • Strategy and discovery : you can bring your knowledge and data-driven methodology to impact positively our business
  • Delivery : you know how to structure and scale a product team
  • Project management skills : you are able to anticipate and be ahead of operational problems. You know the product by heart and can assess the impact of your team across all functions to prioritize product workstreams
  • Communication : you are straight to the point, opinionated but always backed by data. You have an emphatic nature enabling hearing & understanding customers and team members
  • Management : you proved strong leadership through running a product team. You like recruiting, mentoring and engaging talents to make sure they grow as fast as La Fourche
  • Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity with a genuine get things done attitude
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
