Au sein de Convergence France, vous assisterez le responsable administratif et financier dans ses principales missions.

Vous serez chargé(e) notamment :

De la gestion des pièces comptables (factures, notes de frais, appels de fonds, conventions), de leur enregistrement en comptabilité analytique, de leur archivage
De la préparation mensuelle des éléments de paie
Du suivi des absences, congés
Du suivi administratif des recrutements (démarches administratives RH (URSSAF, Mutuelle, Médecine du travail…)
De la gestion opérationnelle des moyens généraux de l’association (gestion du courrier, commande de matériel, téléphonie, internet, fournitures...)

Vous serez également amené(e) à contribuer :

A la mise en place d’outils pour la gestion des notes de frais et du temps de travail
Au suivi budgétaire et financier des projets et de l’association

Et plus globalement, à l’ensemble des activités du responsable administratif et financier.

Description du profil candidat :

Niveau Bac +3 ou +4 (Licence, Bachelor, Master 1 en gestion d’entreprise, Licence Pro Gestion et comptabilité)
Maîtrise du Pack Office – Bonne connaissance=Excel
Rigueur, bonne organisation, capacité d’adaptation
Sens du travail en équipe, autonomie, proactivité
Aisance relationnelle, qualités rédactionnelles
Une première expérience en stage similaire est un plus
Intérêt pour l’action sociale auprès des plus démunis
