Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
Bridge for Billions is a social enterprise with the aim to democratize access to quality entrepreneurial support to make entrepreneurship ecosystems more efficient, inclusive and meritocratic.
We envision a world in which everyone, everywhere can access opportunities to unleash their entrepreneurial potential and generate sustainable solutions for themselves and others.
To achieve that, Bridge for Billions offers a digital ecosystem for early-stage entrepreneurs around the world to impulse their projects. We offer programs based on three pillars: a top-notch methodology, the support of a personal mentor, and an international community of entrepreneurs to share this experience with.
In order to reach a critical mass of entrepreneurs globally, we try to make our educational content accessible in many languages. Today we have it in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. Since we regularly release new educational material, we are looking for a volunteer Portuguese (Portugal) translator.
We are looking for applicants who are proficient in English and who have extensive experience in Portguese. Bridge for Billions strongly prefers applicants who have translation experience. However, applicants who do not have translation experience but are highly skilled in the source language, and have extensive experience living or working abroad, may also be considered.
Applicants should be:
- Proficient in English and Portguese (PT)
- Detail-oriented
- Able to commit to at least 1-2 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months, though one year is preferable
- Responsive and proactively communicative via email
- Comfortable with new technology

- You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Volunteers must have a personal computer.
- You will sign a volunteer agreement that covers protecting the privacy of Bridge for Billions intellectual property
