FeetMe est une jeune startup du domaine médical qui cherche à résoudre le problème des troubles de la mobilité́. Fort de notre expérience dans l’analyse de la marche, nous développons des solutions technologiques (objet connecté et applications) pour accompagner les patients dans le suivi et la gestion de leur maladie chronique avec des bio marqueurs numériques et des outils de suivi des études en vie réelle pour les patients, les médecins et les groupes pharmaceutiques.
FeetMe connait une forte croissance. Un premier produit d’aide au diagnostic pour les professionnels de santé a déjà̀ été́ commercialisé et FeetMe prépare le lancement de la V2 à destination des patients. L’équipe a remporté de nombreux concours et aides publiques (Concours Mondial de l’Innovation, Création Développement, FUI notamment) et a réalisé une levée de fonds lui permettant d’assurer son développement.


FeetMe is a digital health company developing innovative connected technologies and services to improve patient outcomes in functional care, track disease evolution, and optimize medication utilization.

The innovative technology from FeetMe allows gait and posture analysis in real-time and real-life conditions. The technology (FeetMe® Monitor connected insoles, medical devices class Im) combines pressure sensors, motion sensors and learning algorithms to analyse patients’ functional capacity, as well as empower rehabilitation among sufferers of gait disorders.

FeetMe has already 1 product on the market and 2 are in development.

FeetMe is growing quickly, its first product FeetMe® Evaluation for health professionals to support diagnostics and for pharmaceutical companies to support clinical research is already marketed. The company is now preparing the launch of 2 new solutions FeetMe® Rehabilitation and FeetMe Research. FeetMe® Rehabilitation is a solution intended for home-based rehabilitation of patients suffering from walking difficulties. FeetMe® Research allows the real-time visualization and/or recording of spatio-temporal gait parameters and plantar pressure to support clinical research.

Our team of engineers, clinicians, designers is dedicated to mobility care.
Within marketing department, the Head of Products Manager has a key role in the products development and commercialization. He will closely work both with sales, clinical and regulatory departments and with Product Owner of FeetMe Products.

We are looking for a Head of Products Management to lead products development and build a strong Marketing brand for the products.

Your missions will be:

Products Management
→ Is the voice of product’s users in the organization (with development teams) to help driving product development that fits customer needs.
→ Leads market analysis: analyses strengths and opportunities relative to medical applications of the technology then identifies, sizes and prioritizes opportunities;
→ Defines, develops and implements the most relevant offers associated with FeetMe products;
→ Collects and analyzes customer’s feedbacks and requests according to the Post Market Surveillance procedure;
→ Collects, analyses and prioritizes feedbacks from different customers & sales representatives;
→ Customizes FeetMe Products according to customers’ requests. Defines, prioritizes the features associated with the marketing road maps;
→ Defines and writes User needs and functional specifications in coordination with Product Owner;
→ Builds training support to facilitate the use of the solutions that matches customer needs
→ When named Project Manager, ensures regulatory product documentation is created and updated according to internal procedures
→ Ensures FeetMe branding and features coherence within the solutions developed;
→ Identifies best levers to improve the product experience (Technology and content);
→ Is a key contributor of the risk analysis, design review and sprint review of the products,
→ Create marketing tools including print, online, electronic, and social media, and direct mail. Ensures their updates depending on products evolution;
→ Strongly participates to the identification and implementation within the products of the new Medical Device Regulation requirements;
→ Competitive intelligence: monitors competitor products and marketing activities.

Sales Support
→ Ensures support to the Sales team: initial and recurrent trainings, staff, on-site supports…;
→ Create marketing tools including print, online, electronic and social media, and direct mail. Ensures their updates depending on products evolution;
→ Marketing budget follow-up;
→ Segmentation, targeting and monitoring of sales;
→ Technical and competitive intelligence, strong knowledges of the market and practices;
→ Answers to technical questions from users;
→ Support in the preparation of medical congress: key messages, booth, communication supports…

Communication
→ Participates in media strategy (i.e. Internet, press, television, radio) to launch and position products and services in a new sector;
→ In charge of feeding company website with news, product’s updates…

Medical Education
→ Sharing medical information with existing and future opinion leaders, support in development of their conferences;
→ Build clinical cases with clinical team to illustrate the medical interest of FeetMe products in clinical practice;
→ Participates in the development of medical training and their supports.

As a ISO 9001 & ISO 13 485 company, these activities involve regulatory and quality compliance.


We are looking for a talented profile with the following requirements:

→ Previous experience in medical device or in Pharmaceutical industry as product manager
→ Strong creative capabilities
→ Scientific background and marketing training
→ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
→ Knowledge of new technologies
→ Interest in technical products
→ Autonomous, dynamism & team spirit
→ Good communication skills and capacity to represent the user’s voice (health care professionals or patients) within a complex and highly technical environment internally
→ Experience in neurodegenerative diseases would be a plus

The Head of Product Management reports to Chef Commercial Officer.
