* Dealing with telephone and sales enquiries for the hire of Level39, to show and sell prospective clients the venues if required.
* Maintaining the bookings diary software and ensuring that maximum sales are achieved by use of the venue.
* Co-ordinating the logistics of each event with the client, internal departments and outside contractors. Hiring where necessary additional facilities and products.
* Support the L39 events team in coordinating all aspects of events management, working closely with the events manager, reception and catering team.
* Preparing POs, invoices and contracts and any other relevant paperwork.
Member relations support:
* Support Level39 Member teams with events and member relations.
* Work closely with Ecosystem Development Manager on content for member events.
* Support Ecosystem Development Manager on Level39 and internal events.
