Getaround’s Demand Strategy team is focused on understanding, accelerating, and optimizing new and existing demand (i.e., guests) onto the Getaround platform. This team is responsible for owning demand strategy, demand intelligence and analyses, organic demand conversion and optimization, new demand channels, new partner development and products, demand partner management, partner tooling, operations and success, and outsourced demand marketing. 

In this role, you will lead the internal and external aspects of partner management, operations, and success for new and existing demand partners. You will build the internal tools and processes to support new partners, serve as our operations point-of-contact for existing partners, and own all operational metrics related to partner success. Not only will you serve as the face of Getaround with external partners, but you will also lead cross-functional initiatives with all internal teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Customer Experience.

Reporting to the Head of Demand & Go-to-Market Strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling company in a highly impactful role while disrupting the mobility space.

What you’ll be doing

  • Business Development: Identify and engage with prospective and existing external partners that will drive significant renter demand to our marketplace. Define value propositions, quantify partnership opportunities, and distill into polished pitch materials.
  • Partnership Operationalization: Oversee the launch, scaling, and on-going operational aspects of new and existing partnerships and serve as primary liaison between Getaround and its partners.
  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end development, planning, and execution of internal cross-functional initiatives as they relate to operationalizing partnerships and other demand-focused projects.
  • Data Analytics: Employ data to build financial models, develop business cases, create performance dashboards, forecast demand, perform user segment analyses, and optimize demand with supply.
  • Other Strategic Priorities: Support other strategic initiatives for the team as needs arise, such as developing the go-to-market strategy for new business and product offerings, competitor and customer intelligence, renter engagement programs, referral and promotions strategies, etc.
  • What you’ll need

  • 6+ years of total experience with prior roles in one or more of the following areas: management consulting, business development, or strategic operations 
  • Solid track record of building successful relationships with external partners and managing on-going partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to confidently lead discussions with senior-level internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to distill complex thoughts and ideas succinctly into polished PowerPoint / Google Slides presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams composed of internal and/or external partners to drive towards the on-time completion of milestones and objectives
  • Experience with developing tools, processes, and custom work-flows and successfully operationalizing them
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to balance multiple prioritiesStrong data analysis skills: Excel/Google Sheets, Looker/Tableau, SQL a plus
