Getaround’s Demand Strategy team is focused on understanding, accelerating, and optimizing new and existing demand (i.e., guests) onto the Getaround platform. This team is responsible for owning demand strategy, demand intelligence and analyses, organic demand conversion and optimization, new demand channels, new partner development and products, demand partner management, partner tooling, operations and success, and outsourced demand marketing.
In this role, you will lead the internal and external aspects of partner management, operations, and success for new and existing demand partners. You will build the internal tools and processes to support new partners, serve as our operations point-of-contact for existing partners, and own all operational metrics related to partner success. Not only will you serve as the face of Getaround with external partners, but you will also lead cross-functional initiatives with all internal teams, including but not limited to Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Customer Experience.
Reporting to the Head of Demand & Go-to-Market Strategy, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling company in a highly impactful role while disrupting the mobility space.
