At AXA Climate, we place individual employee development at the heart of our organization’s objectives. We believe that our organization will grow through the individual development of our team members. Every employee has an annual growth plan and can choose up to 2 skills to be developped within the year, with a training budget.
As a People Development Manager, you will be in charge of setting up the conditions to ensure both AXA Climate multi-year capability and team members individual growth. You will work directly with Vanessa, Chief People Officer, and one Talent Acquisition Manager to be recruited.
Missions
Talent Management:
- Define the collective people growth plan management, alongside with the CPO and Head of Culture and Innovation;
- Manage our yearly rituals for the development of skills and progress in the organization, ensure the complete follow-up of the assessment process and its quality;
- Partner with the business to understand and integrate our topics of development;
- Maintain our key competencies catalog up to date through a detailed knowledge of job missions and their objectives;
- Align our scorecards with our training plan, our purpose and objectives
- Support our team members in the definition of their journey within AXA Climate
- Identify the best suppliers corresponding to our culture and our needs and manage the entire relation with them;
Learning & Development:
- Lead the annual training plan and training programs
- Coach team members in their choice of development and in their participation to the evaluation system of their skills development
- Training Budget and administrative follow up
