Climate School and Axa Climate
The Climate School is part of Axa Climate (Corporate site, Linkedin), who has developed complete business lines to help tackle climate change adaptation (Climate School, Insurance, Industry/Agri/Finance/Public Adaptation). Globally, we are a team of 100 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our purpose is to help Planet Earth become a true stakeholder of all companies, in the same way that employees, customers and shareholders are!

In one year we grew to 25 team members and 50 clients and we are constantly onboarding new ones. Therefore we are looking for an engaged and passionate Key Account Manager to help us cherish our new customers.
Your main objective will be to develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients by fulfilling the following missions:
• Manage and secure the Climate School deployment within organizations
• Handle the relationship with our partners to deliver the project from the construction phase to the delivery of the modules
• Secure the delivery of additional projects : bespoke courses, new format, new translation, etc.
• Identify and close new business opportunities for growth (up-sell & cross-sell)
• Maximize retention
• Collect client’s feedback to help the Product team
