Getaround est la plateforme d’autopartage leader dans le Monde avec une communauté de plus de 5 millions d’utilisateurs se partageant des milliers de voitures dans plus de 300 villes aux Etats-Unis et en Europe.

Getaround connects safe, convenient, and affordable cars with people who need them to live and work. Our community includes guests who rely on our cars for on-demand mobility and hosts who share cars on our platform including those who operate their own car-sharing businesses. 

Our connected car technology allows guests to book and unlock a wide variety of vehicles directly from our app without ever having to meet anyone in person, carry an access card, wait in line, or coordinate picking up keys. Cars are parked 22 hours a day on average. When we share cars, we don’t need as many on the road, which means fewer accidents, reduced traffic, and less space required for parking. Car sharing modernizes mobility by allowing people to connect multiple forms of efficient transportation for any type of use case.

Studies show that when car sharing is available, people drive less and drive vehicles more appropriate for their use case, which can reduce household carbon emissions by up to 40%. Also, shared cars are used more frequently and retired more quickly, accelerating the adoption of newer, more energy-efficient vehicles.  

Getaround’s Supply Chain team plays a critical role in enabling our Marketplace & Operations organization to share and maintain vehicles on our platform. Getaround is seeking a uniquely experienced business development & ops-minded individual to help grow our vendor network. This role will be focused on expanding Getaround’s Connect installation capacity across North America, by targeting mobile and brick & mortar automotive technician vendor leads and connecting them with GA’s vendor systems and tools. 

Reporting directly to Manager Connected Car, Vendors, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth startup and drive change collaborating with a dynamic and cross-functional group. 

What you’ll do:

  • Source and close vendor leads in North American markets. 
  • Work hand in hand with Getaround’s Supply Chain and Sales teams to align on vendor capacity needs
  • Play a role in developing and distributing vendor education campaigns.
  • Manage internal and external relationships
  • ​​Develop a strategy for engaging our largest vendor partners to grow their capacity for Getaround
  • Optimize and expand existing vendor relationships 
  • Help build vendor-facing materials (ie, incentive & bonus programs, partnership reporting)
  • Model different deal structures against P&L budgets.
  • What we look for:

  • Proven ability to close deals in tight timeframes
  • Experience operating in a remote, and high paced , and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years business development & sales experience. 
  • Proven track record navigating complex negotiations
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to identify and triage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional customer service 
  • Relevant industry experience in marketplace business, auto-tech, or high-growth startup is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to multiple cities across North America 5-10% of the time
