You role will be to help us tap targeted potential clients (universities, foundations, accelerators and key organizations from the global entrepreneurship ecosystem) through strategic outreach and marketing efforts. You will work hand-in-hand with both the CEO and the Head of Operations as well as the whole B4B team. You have a passion for entrepreneurship and startups and want to learn a lot and fast. You are a team player but are self-driven and thrive when operating independently. You are known for your tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and commitment. You are curious, insightful, and perceptive.
About your role: Your role will be to identify potential customers or partners, get in contact with them, analyze their needs and offer them an adequate service and offer. After a thorough training with B4B’s CEO and Head of Operations, you will take the lead to:
1. Research specific markets & help us optimize sales processes
Participate in strategy and brainstorm meetings.
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities in given markets or industries.
Create related presentations and documents given structured direction & narratives.
We are a startup, and there is a lot to build - so we're looking for someone autonomous and excited to contribute, not only operationally, but also strategically.
2. Get in touch with prospects and drive sales conversations
Learn to lead sales call, from qualifying the client with targeted questions to educating them on our solution.
Move prospects into sales funnel.
Manage sales campaigns in a structured way and report to the team on a weekly basis.
3. Close deals and manage accounts
Ensure the client has all the information needed and help him start his entrepreneurship program in the best possible way.
Help facilitate webinars and video conferences with global entrepreneurs and mentors after thorough training with the Head of Operations.

A REAL entrepreneurial spirit, ready to train yourself and crave a fast-paced environment.
Currently pursuing studies in business, marketing, engineering or similar disciplines.
Native-level or fully fluent in English. Additional languages in particular Spanish are a plus.
You are proactive, confident, attentive to others, result-driven and comfortable with people, love discovering new tech tools and have a great attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
You have strong organizational and coordination skills: you will have a lot of different types of responsibilities, so it is essential to be able to stay organized and properly manage your time.
You're passionate about entrepreneurship and have a good understanding of the sector.

You already have experiences in data science, surveying, impact assessment or analyzing data to improve a project.
You are a lifelong student: you love to learn, test, share, and learn again!
